You said...." Notice that she insinuates that Clarke advised Clinton to do nothing. ".....

Not the way I see it. Clinton, COMMA break - advised by clarke, COMMA break- did nothing.

Meaning Clinton was advised by Clarke of the situation and chose to do nothing.

...." If you can't see that, then heaven help you sister.'.... :o)

So are the statements she made true or not?

You should be able to say yes or no?
