Ralph-Emerson, Yes, as far as SUR goes the Phillipines isn't my biggest concern, the shares out are. I like the companies I own to avoid dilution to the extent possible. However, I can certainly see your reasoning for thinking that more shares out has the benefit of making the stock "accessible" by the bigger funds. IMHO it should be a whole different ballgame in SUR once (hopefully not if) this monster PP closes. Rennie with these properties and $26 million will be a site to behold. DB
