Don't worry though. Bank of India executives are just now finishing off their $2000 a plate Bush fundraiser lunch. I'm sure they have come to the right solution on how to improve the job climate.

By county, You'll note that counties which contain the states large cities are around 6%. Counties encircling these areas are 7% to 8%. The next outer ring of counties is 9% to over 10% in many cases.

But all is well according to Bush at the community college .
