The stock is down 1.20 or ~13% apparently because of the feared dilutive effect.

Does anyone have any comment? Positive or negative?

I am sitting 20% margin loaded with a good exposure to E&P and drillers.

Certainly there is a large amount of uncertainty about the how the shoulder season will play out. I am betting the NG side of the story is quite compelling and the next 3-6 weeks should be telling.
