JLA calls it as he sees it and doesn't usually explain why. Which doesn't make him wrong. Why don't you two start a thread? I've got a thread. He has a thread. If you have a problem with the TOU, take it up with SI. The TOU aren't that bad. But you're not SI Admin either. Nor am I. But I never pretend to be administering TOU for the site. I'm just another threadhead. Any one can start a thread. Knowing what they know now, I'd bet SI would write the TOU differently. But hindsight is 20/20. But if you think Dave's job is easy, you need to start a thread promising fair and balanced moderation and then actually try to do it. It's a lot tougher than it looks. I think FaultLine is the only threadhead who got close. I don't have a problem with it, this is their site, aside from doing things that are hugely unethical or illegal, they can do whatever the heck they like. They can do unethical if they're willing to deal with fallout from the members. Illegal is another matter. Then it's fallout from the cops. Frankly, I don't think they've done either.
