Tort lawyers? You mean the right to sue corporations?
What are people going to do, be their own lawyers? Litigators don't create lawsuits out of thin air, you know. Actual damage has to be done. Of course, sometimes they take it too far. I'm for common sense limits. But the Bushies want miniscule limits, like $500,000 maximum if a doctor kills you. Ridiculous.
