Phil Carter at Intel Dump, hardly a big fan of the Bush administration, is unimpressed and unconvinced after reading Richard Clarke's book Against All Enemies

Sounds to me like he found it useful. This kind of information is valuable to me and should be valuable to anyone who wants to understand and fix any failures.
