Not Bearforum.com, I am aware of it. Bearforum.net was a small web board owned and operated by one of the posters here. As I recall, he started it pre-2000, but didn't really do much with it until alternative venue ideas were being bandied about on the CFZ. (Because of tech issues and/or banning/booting issues. I think it might have been during one of the times Luc got the boot for a week or so.)

Fairly certain that it was "bearforum.net", because I just deleted my shortcut a couple months ago, as the domain no longer existed. The last I looked (year+), there weren't even four dozen registered users of the site.
