I go both ways but generally I tend to have more on short side.

Talked to a NY floor trader while on vacation at Grand Canyon, he has a good size short position around 2150 and not worrying about it...had a very good discussion about trading. He has target for NASDAQ below 1000...

He surprised me that he likes AG and think AG is a geniuos. He said AG wants to raise rates but Da Idiot ain't letting him do it.
