Not true... Just another on the list of Bush failures... The war WAS for Oil, but the assumption was the thing is going to be a "cake-walk" and oil was there for the grabbing. Now reality has set in, continuing sabotage prevents any oil revenues from Iraq. Bush bit off more than he can chew. But, nothing is new under the sun.
