OBL was trained and supported by the CIA during the Soviet occupation of Afghanistan. It was ddone during a time when Reagan was in power so the Bush team was in on the blunder..............almost vgeryone in the Bush administration was in on the OBL creation........Cheney, Rumsfeld, Bush Sr. especially with his CIA connections, Armitage, Poindexter, Negraponte, Pearle, and the rest of the felons from the Reagan years.
