Thanks! Just to update my status after all the complaining, I did give Dell an order for 5 computers, a server, two printers, 2 scanners, and various software. Nice order for them, but it did take a lot of persistence and patience on my part. Ordering from Dell these days, or probably any computer vendor, is like buying an automobile. The price is blind and it really depends on one's savvy and negotiating skills. And, although I think I ended up with a good deal the next guy probably did better. Rap
