Hi Bob, I dont think anyone knows yet, if a position is material it will take time to unwind them,my guess is that its only just begun, but we have no information on the Real Numbers so everything is a guess. Remember these shorts were never included in the Short interest which IS reported monthly. As to the SEC loophole, just dont know. Dont be short here, because as the effects of these off the book actions are reigned in, the whole market will feel the added risk.
