Volumes have been written about Clinton's confirmed and proven lies - lies under oath to federal prosecutors and judges that not only got him disbarred in Arkansas, but lies that were so unbelievable he was found in contempt of court. Clarke on the other hand is a newcomer to such activities. There is already talk of judicial review of Clarke because of the contradictory statements he made in closed session to the 9/11 commission and those made under oath publicly."
