no, it's not.

I am more inclined to blaming terrorists
for their own actions and not searching
out possible societal, political, or international
excuses for their behavior.

While Reagan had a point, under no circumstances
can I regard people who intentionally force
a plane into civilian targets as "freedom
fighters" or victims.

It's the same reason I have no pity for the
D.C. snipers.

But that's just me.
I don't subscribe to the victim
mentality syndrome or the notion
that the U.S. is to blame for
crazed lunatics all over the world.
