that doesn't fly. Saudi production is going to be declining in little more than a decade. i think it's political.

People rarely make decisions based on what is good for them in 30 years. Saudi policy is always fairly immediate: to maximize oil revenue now, while convincing the US that it is helping to restrain oil prices. /BSG
