That's not to say that all muslims are nutbars but a good portion of them are. Message 19995730 When I say we are at war with islam I may be more correct in saying that islam is at war with itself. IMO it is islam that has spawned the different islamic terrorists groups and it is for that reason I say we are at war against islam. islam must change to fit in a modern world. We on the out side of islam can only try and create conditions that will help islam change or force conditions that will make islam realize that it must change. I have always maintained that not all muslims are bad and it is these muslims that must speak out against terrorists within their religion, it is these muslims that must make changes to their religion. There are starting to be more and more muslims speaking out against terrorists using their religion. But not nearly enough. No matter where we look in the world wherever islam is concentrated there is some sort of conflict and that includes our own countries. I maintain that islam is the problem. not that all muslims go out and kill innocent people but these things are occurring within islam and as such islam must accept some of the responsibility for terrorists act in their name. Many religions throughout history are guilty of acts similar to to what islam is doing to day but they have managed to change from within to fit into society. islam has never done this. It appears they want the rest of the world to submit to their way of life and that just is not going to happen so they must change. The best thing that our free world could give to islam is to give Sesame Street to their children. I know this sounds stupid but somehow what islam is teaching children must change. but how? How do you convince a culture that they are wrong? that they no longer fit in a modern world. IMO islam is a problem. So how come you don't stay independent. Not trying to be nosey, no need to answer.
