Should they choose to pursue it." why should SI provide a platform for those who are litigious toward them? no kidding a good analogy would be to say you own a restaurant, certain patrons come in nearly every day, have a meal, insult the manager on the way out, then stand around in the vestibule telling people how lousy the food is and a lawsuit may be coming... the amusing part is if the food is so bad, why come back over and over to eat?
