Politics: John Kerry takes his economic plans to Cincinnati

Cincinnati-AP -- John Kerry has taken his jobs-creation plan to Ohio, a state hit hard by unemployment.

Kerry told supporters in Cincinnati that under his economic plan, ten (m) million new jobs will be created. He also says he will stop giving what he calls rewards and incentives to companies that take American jobs overseas.

Kerry is promising to roll back President Bush's tax cuts, which he says help only the wealthy. Instead, he says, his economic plan will give a tax cut to 98 percent of Americans.

He is also promising to fight a better, stronger war on terror than the current administration has done.

During Kerry's speech, some G-O-P activists waved flip-flop sandals, showing their contention that Kerry flip-flops on campaign issues.

To that, Kerry responded "Obviously, some young Republicans are proving that they're very rude and they have no manners."
