Yes, the author says that, but provides no evidence. When it comes to the evidence portion of the article, Iraq disappears. By the way, this is not a flip-flop: Kerry did vote for the war in Iraq, even though he constantly trashes the war in Iraq. Kerry criticizes Bush for how he handled the war. His criticism hasn't changed before, during, and after the war. Do your own research... You're just wasting my time... I have done my own research, which led me to conclude that you are wrong.
