Hi Glenn, It seems that this cub reporter really needs some lessons in English. Perhaps we should send her a copy of Strunk & White? She sure created a muddle with the information. ********* You see this as good news for Skilling and Lay because the Fastows are reverting to hostile (as opposed to cooperating) witnesses for the prosecution? That makes sense. I certainly would have been better for the prosecution if the Fastows were cooperative witnesses. Perhaps they fear their suicides. Or should I say Baxter-cides.
