I just spoke to KBR and as far as they're concerned it's "business as usual". The term "takeover" has to be used according to exchange regulations, but that's not what's happening. Puplava will be the major shareholder but will not have control of the company. His presence will continue to bring good publicity and his buying should put a floor under the price.

Hopefully he won't take long to inform the exchange of the amount he'll be buying. The shares can't trade again until that's happened.
