I talked to Nelson Fry a couple weeks ago about this. I lost my notes, but he said something about the exchange needing stockholder approval on something, and that this would be done at the upcoming stockholders annual meeting. He added that removing the dot H won't make a bit of difference in company operations, they are not waiting on it to move the company forward. My guess is that Amarillo will be making announcements regarding drilling and acquisitions within the next month or two.
