AS, Bush does not know whom does he plan to hand over Iraq to on June 30th. He was publicly asked that question yesterday and he had no answer.

That in itself tells me that he does not have the capability to sift through the intelligence to determine its veracity. Clinton was adept at that.

Everyone knows now Cheney-Bush ignored the real intel and made up what they wanted to use with the help of Chalabi and his Iraqi exile liars. Cheney still has not admitted he lied about Iraq's WMD's, imminent threat, 9-11 connection and nuclear threat.
