Yes, SpyBot was not the problem. My computer would hang with the hour glass sign when I tried to run the full test. I changed my cookie setting on IE to "accept" from "prompt" and the test began. Thanks again.

PC Pitstop informed me that VGA Compatible Video Controller was not installed completely. I have tried reinstalling it via the hardware device window. I do not have the driver on a disk nor does the "search internet" function of reinstall, locate the driver. Couldn't locate or identify that information using Belarc Advisor. Can you offer any ideas about where to go from this point? I am working on an IBM ThinkPad using XP Pro. As always, thanks for sharing your vast knowledge.
