It's looking like her long awaited testimony may be overshadowed by events in Iraq. I feel sorry for those poor troops that will have their tours extended after surviving their tour. One thing a soldier really starts worrying about is getting killed when they are "short", and now they plan on sending the poor guys into the hottest areas. They must really be feeling disillusioned and betrayed.

In fact, the confidence of Consumers has gone up on six of the seven days since last week's encouraging jobs report was released. Additionally, the President's approval ratings have been up on both nights since National Security Advisor Condoleezza Rice testified before a national television audience.
