The corrupt Cheney-Bush tax system for billionaires, exposed by Republican tax expert David Cay Johnson in his staggering new book (which John Kerry has read and acted upon) called PERFECTLY LEGAL - The COvert Campaign To Rig Our Tax System To Benefit the Super Rich And Cheat Everyone Else". For one thing, the book exposes Cheney-Bush's "death tax" issue as totally phony. No estate under 2 million gets taxed upon death anyway. Their whole tax break scheme is to give crumbs to the middleclass, dump huge deficits on them and let the very rich off scott free. The ofshore loopholes JK talks about closing are the main tricks. Also the CEO types ability to cheat employees and stockholders by making their corps pay their taxes for them. Wow.
