Three Japanese taken hostage in Iraq, AP reports By Steve Gelsi
NEW YORK (CBS.MW) -- Three Japanese have been taken hostage by insurgents in Iraq who have threatened to kill them if Japan does not withdraw its troops from Iraq , The Associated Press reported. Citing overseas media reports, video footage of the three will be broadcast on Al-Jazeera on Thursday. A Foreign Ministry spokesman said he had no information, the AP said.
