No, you're lying. You actually blamed neocons for US non-intervention in Rwanda. Yes, you did. Now you want to pretend that what you were complaining about was neocons not expressing "caring expressions of concern." If the deaths of a million Tutsis could have been prevented by "caring expressions of concern", where was Clinton and the rest of his administration? Where were you? I know where I was.
