Well, yeah. Of course I quite suspected you haven't eaten squirrel and would have issues with it. There is something about eating Rocky that people don't enjoy. But they are essentially vegetarians, somewhat, and are very clean creatures. Prepared properly, they can make for a very novel and wonderful tasting appetizer. Some people stew them or fry them. I've tried it. It is not bad. But because there is so little meat on them, I take the meatiest parts of them and make appetizers. Neighbors love them. hehe. Gotta run. (My kids seem to doze at exactly this time). A pleasure.
