It may help those who clearly have nothing but maggots between the ear to read truth a few times.

This is demonstrably false.
You have snipped the Romans and Galatians passages out of their context and then corrupted their meaning, which is very clear to all but a Jew-hating heathen. Surely, because of the work of Christ, salvation can pass to Jew and Gentile equally such that there is no longer such a thing as Jew and Gentile in the Church. This is what the Romans 2 passage was proving, and you would see this were you to read the entire chapter, following the argument into the next chapter, this, without a Jew-hating mind. That chapter, chapter 3 concludes with the idea that since Jews and Gentiles in the Church are made one by faith in Christ, then:
27. Where, then, is boasting? It is excluded. On what principle? On that of observing the law? No, but on that of faith. 28. For we maintain that a man is justified by faith apart from observing the law. 29. Is God the God of Jews only? Is he not the God of Gentiles too? Yes, of Gentiles too, 30. since there is only one God, who will justify the circumcised by faith and the uncircumcised through that same faith.
Paul goes on for another seven chapters hammering the point of God's choice of saving people through faith, joining them in the good news of Christ. And having said this, he understood that people would see that very many Jews had rejected the faith and that it would therefore appear to them that God had abandoned the Jewish people. He took care of this abominable view, which is your heathen view, by addressing it:
16. But not all the Israelites accepted the good news. For Isaiah says, "Lord, who has believed our message?" 17. Consequently, faith comes from hearing the message, and the message is heard through the word of Christ. 18. But I ask: Did they not hear? Of course they did... Rom. 10:16-18
The section ends with God declaring that He has been standing all day, holding His hand out to stubborn Israel, His Chosen People.
Paul continues with this point in the very next chapter showing how, though ethnic Israel, has rejected God, God has not rejected them, is even now saving them and has even reserved for Himself a remnant of Jews, ethnic Jews. Continuing to destroy your heathen Jew-hating view, Paul asks:
1... Did God reject his people? By no means! I am an Israelite myself, a descendant of Abraham, from the tribe of Benjamin. 2. God did not reject his people, whom he foreknew. Don't you know what the Scripture says in the passage about Elijah--how he appealed to God against Israel: 3. "Lord, they have killed your prophets and torn down your altars; I am the only one left, and they are trying to kill me"? 4. And what was God's answer to him? "I have reserved for myself seven thousand who have not bowed the knee to Baal." 5. So too, at the present time there is a remnant chosen by grace. 6. And if by grace, then it is no longer by works; if it were, grace would no longer be grace. (Rom. 11:1-6)
Paul shows us that God is already in the process of saving Jews through Christ because they are Jews, that He has already chosen for Himself a remnant of Jews, because they are Jews. Paul continues in this chapter, which you have satanically misrepresented, that Jews are now hardened against God only for a time, and he warns gentiles not to be conceited about this. He tells us that God has Chosen for Himself a remnant of Jews, in particular, because He made a promise to the Jewish patriarchs that He would do it and His promises are irrevocable:
25. I do not want you to be ignorant of this mystery, brothers, so that you may not be conceited: Israel has experienced a hardening in part until the full number of the Gentiles has come in. 26. And so all Israel will be saved, as it is written: "The deliverer will come from Zion; he will turn godlessness away from Jacob. 27. And this is my covenant with them when I take away their sins." 28. As far as the gospel is concerned, [Jews] are enemies on your account; but as far as election is concerned, they are loved on account of the patriarchs, 29for God's gifts and his call are irrevocable. (Rom. 11:25-28)
The whole thing is about Jews. God made a promise to preserve and save His Jewish remnant through all time, and He will fulfill that promise. Gentiles are made into Jews by being grafted into the Jewish family tree through Christ. Paul openly declares this. But do not be deceived: God has His eyes on Israel, out of which His Chosen Remnant will come. You and your satanic compatriots will try and destroy them, just as you are trying today. There is a reason why you ae fomenting hatred against Jews. Your god wishes them dead. You will all fail, just as you have always failed. This next time, your failure will be utterly complete. #reply-20002985 |
