Well today sucks...I thought sentiment was better than this today?<g> I'm working on my office floor. in-god-we-trust.com I'm looking at a large BBQ island bar and fireplace project. There's a cool upscale mobile home gated development where owners own their RV lots and spend $30k-45K for concrete/landscaping and BBQ features. Nice $200k-$400+k mobile homes, community has a 9 hole putting course! Some very sweet retirement setups. Lots in the $80's. Vegas Baby!
