I agree --- if the authorities follow the proper procedures in going before a judge and presenting their evidence why the records may contain evidence of crimes.

(On a side note: I wonder if el Rusho has a somewhat different view of the ACLU... now that they are so important to the task of 'saving his bacon'?)
