I think if he is convicted and serves his sentence, and there is a market for him that someone wishes to and is able to capture, then he should be on the air. No legal restriction should exist against him here, just as none exists against G.G. Liddy.

But, though I have never listened to him, I certainly am disinterested in listening to him now.
