All she can do....is BLAME OTHERS....IT IS HER RESPONSIBILITY.
She, like BUSH, are NEVER responsible for Failure....they can only blame the CIA or Intelligence agencies WHEN IN FACT THE AGENCIES DID TELL THEM OF WHAT WAS TO COME....
