It's interesting to see Rice's mind work. I've heard all kinds of things about how intelligent she is. I've seen her kind of intelligence in action and it's scary. She seems to be one of those that can learn anything and can't do a damn thing with what she's learned. When you combine a deciple personality with a person who is a "facilitator" and a "learner" as opposed to a thinker, you don't get the person you want to have leading anyone. She's a classic example of confusing the "A" student with a person who is brilliant.
