There was a photo making the rounds not to long ago that showed the book that Bush was reading to the children while 9/11 was going on,WAS UPSIDE DOWN !!!!!!

Why was Bush still reading to children after he knew the first plane had hit? Was he not in charge? Clueless? What? Makes no sense. They should have scrambled the Air Force. Maybe they could have stopped the other two attacks.
