Deep concern about stability? Talk about understatement. Karzai is the 'Mayor of Kabul' and that's just central Kabul as he has apparently lost control of some of the burbs. Warlords have armies larger than his and drug money to boot. The US just put in another $2b but how much of that is going to the warlords and drug dealers? Ooops. That's the third front then.
