I don't think I'm completely understanding the problem you're describing. I'm aware that the newest message in the current batch becomes the oldest message in the next batch, but it defied the easy solution I thought I had for it.

Is that what you're talking about?

Also, I won't be doing anything specific with fonts yet because they'll eventually be configurable similar to iHub. However, I'm also pretty sure I'm not using fixed sizes on any of them, so they should respond to Text Size changes you make in your browser.

Scrolling to the bottom no longer necessary. On the right side, above the horizontal line, is a "Jump to Bottom" link that'll take you to the bottom of the page when batch-reading.
