WASHINGTON (AFP) - Democratic presidential hopeful John Kerry (news - web sites) called for a "startlingly honest" appeal to the world for help in Iraq (news - web sites), and urged President George W. Bush (news - web sites) to spell out how the planned June 30 handover of power in Iraq will take place.

MY COMMENT: Bush was asked this question two days ago ... uh, um, uh ... no answer. WHAT? We have no plan.

Bush has to level with the American people about how long this chaos, anarchy and loss of life will continue.
