Cheney-Bush have targeted tax benefits for the very rich and against the middleclass, shifting the overall burden toward the middleclass/upper middleclass and at the same time creating a huge deficit-debt which the middleclass/upper middleclass will primarily pay for in the form of slashed services, higher taxes of some sort (tuitions, local taxes, fees) and cuts in social security and medicare.
