Well, then why did those who passed the report along not take stronger action during their 8yrs at the helm? They knew exactly where the terrorists training camps were & bombed once. Possibly continued strikes could have crippled alQaeda enough to prevent 9/11.

What they weren't counting on was George Bush was determined too, determined to spend August on vacation at his Crawford Ranch.

No two bit terrorist is going to make George Bush change his vacation plans. After all he'd been President for 6 whole months. Can you blame him for taking a month off?
