That is highly unlikely.

The "services" Kerry wants to enhance are
principally for the non-taxpayers and the
Democrats' usual base of support, in other
words, entitlements and social welfare programs.

Kerry has repeatedly said he wants to increase the
taxes on those making $200K and over.

That includes a lot of families.
And realistically, he's not going to
stop at that threshold when he gets going.
Many middle class people will learn, to their
chagrin, that they're among the "evil rich."

Moreover, folks like Smithee and others in
the targeted group (which I bet will extend right
down to family incomes less than $100K) are not
necessarily the big beneficiaries of the "services"
to which you refer.

Why not be more truthful about Kerry's platform.
He proposes to significantly raise taxes.
The tax increases will not only affect the
so-called "rich".
And, he'll increase spending.

Dear AS, see my posts on tax policy. Kerry will not reform the tax code. That will be up to Congress to do.

Meaningful tax reform has always eluded this country, whether under Republican or Democratic administrations. I wouldn't hold your breath waiting for Kerry to bring about broad-based reform.

lolol, that is AS code for a huge tax increase forthcoming, and since he has failed in business, he won't be paying so he could care less...

AS, that is one of your worst posts ever. Your lack of understanding revenue is apparent. Maybe instead of looking for a job you should consider going to a trade school first. I know many people like you that we have helped via our job centers.

Once Kerry reforms the tax code,
