Actually Shrubbery in his ridiculous flight suit looks more like Dukakis sticking his head out of the top of a tank. Shrub never went into combat but still likes the Halloween get-up.

Oh that's right, he also slinked into Baghdad airport in the dead of night and into a room filled with handpicked soldiers. He made it only as far as the airport while Hillary made it into central Baghdad.
