Scared the daylights out of Mrs. RR today. We went down to the pond to feed the catfish late today. On the bank at the edge of the water was a huge loggerhead snapping turtle. I love those things. Use to wade through creeks all the time as a kid hunting them. You can pick them up by the tail, but you best know what you're doing. Anyway, I saw him right off and ran to get him. It probably weighted 15 pounds. Big ole guy. I grabbed him and held him up yelling at Mrs. RR, who was behind me, to look what I had. I swung that thing around in front of her, and it had it's head stretched out just snapping away. I got in trouble. RR
