Regardless of your own personal opinions it is very true that Paul's writings have been very misunderstood by many. In his own day and also today. Sometimes what he writes is based on things he assumes the recipients already knows. But not all readers over time have had that foundation that Paul assumed when he wrote his letters to the different Churches. So there have been many misunderstood passages and bad interpretations. Mutt and Jeff here on this thread are the kings of misinterpretation of scriptures.
