btw, remembered the final sequence of "The Hill", when (a young) Sean Connery keeps shouting "we won, we won"... Actually (the sad, hard irony of the situation) they lost. That's how I at least understood the movie: as StPaul (or whoever) warned: what helps us to win the whole world if we lose our souls.
