Yup, good idea, booolish for the capital spending side of the economy, imagine all the new CDMAs that will be needed, and should also consider some geo-forming engineering projects, like moving the Turks into Kurdish homeland, so that the Kurds will move south, and move the Himalaya over to the West Bank so that the peace will be eternal.
