Neither nor. By the way, the "5% solution" doesn't always work, have a look at Chechnya. I guess that Iraqis might exhibit a similar degree of fanaticism.

Our problem is not with the Iraqis who want to talk. It's with the Iraqis who want to fight.

The question at hand is this: "Will Fallujah be disarmed?"

If you say the answer is "yes!", then give me a date when you believe this will be accomplished by, and I'll remind you of your error at the appropriate time.
