It's overbought, and there is a strong resistance at
43.5. Who am I to argue with Mr. Market? -g-

On the other hand, I recognize that once the resistance in
rates (45-year trend line, to be exact) is taken out,
rates will go pretty much up.

This would be VERY bad for leveraged players - so, I would
think, they will try to crash stocks to postpone the day
of reckoning. On the other hand, at some point they won't
be able to. Mr. Market will tell us when! Until then, it's
the waiting game.
